TUBULAR LABORATORY KILN TO-R


It is a laboratory kiln consisting of a tube that rotates around its own axis with an adjustable speed and inclination.
The material to be treated, in powder or granules, is placed in the upper end of the rotating tube and, depending on its rotation speed and its inclination, runs along its entire length
until it comes out from the lower end.
Therefore the cycles obtained depend on the regulation of these two parameters (inclination and rotation speed).

LABORATORY KILN ECONOMY series


These are electric kilns used in the thermal processes of metallurgical, chemical, dental and ceramic laboratories.
Th ey are designed to obtain the best compromise between the heating speed and the operating life of both the resistances and the thermal insulation.
Depending on the model, can be reached temperatures up to 1300°C.



Technical specifications


  • Built in a compact fi re-painted with epoxy paints steel structure
  • The thermal insulation in the fi rst wall, depending on the model, is made by combining preformed ceramic fiber panels or low-density refractory bricks.
  • The heating part is made up of resistors made with springshaped Khantal type wire.  Depending on the models, the resistors can be arranged in such a way different to ensure the best temperature uniformity inside the chamber.
  • There is a chimney for the escape of any gases that may form during the fi ring phases .
  • Depending on the model, there is a manual shutter located in the bottom of the oven .

LABORATORY RAPID KILN SERIES CVK-N, CVK-N/S, CVK-N/SCS


With this oven, it is possible to simulate the entire cooking curve of a continuous industrial kiln.

In all models the resistive elements are placed on the bottom and on the roof of the chamber.
With this oven, it is possible to simulate the entire cooking curve of a continuous industrial kiln.
Both heating and cooling can be programmed, resulting in cycles with rise times, up to 1300°C, of about 27 minutes and cooling times of about 25 minutes up to a temperature of about 300°C.Cooling is of the ‘direct forced’ type.
On the upper part of the oven there is an automatic discharge chimney, which can be programmed for each single segment of the thermal cycle.



Technical specifications


Thermal insulation is provided in ceramic fiber and low-density refractory bricks. For the CVK-N and CVK-N / S models the heating parts consist of Kanthal-type spiral-wound electric resistors. For the CVK-N / SCS model the heating parts are composed of silicon carbide electric resistors.

LABORATORY KILN LKN.LS series


It’s a series of electric kilns used in thermal processes in metallurgical, chemical, dental and ceramic laboratories.
They are designed to get the best a compromise between the heating speed and the operating life of the resistors and of thermal insulation.
The combination of preformed ceramic fibre panels, lowdensity refractory bricks and high-quality heating elements allows these furnaces
to rise to maximum temperature in about 6 hours (referred to 1300 ºC).
The cooling is natural.

THE PREROGATIVE OF THIS MODEL IS THE POSSIBILITY TO PERFORM LONG STAYING AT THE MAXIMUM SET TEMPERATURE



Technical specifications


The insulation of the internal chamber is increased especially for this version (LS), in order to limit the transmission, to the outside, of the heat due to the long duration of the staying. The
doorway is oversized.
The duration of the staying, at the maximum set temperature, is allowed up to a maximum of 5 hours. (referred to 1350 °C)

LABORATORY KILN LKN series


It is a series of electric kilns used in the thermal processes

and the operating life of both the resistances and the thermal insulation.
The combination of preformed ceramic fi ber panels, low density refractory bricks, and high quality resistances, allow to
these kilns a rise in temperature and a cooling that allow them to work in combination with intermittent kilns.



Technical specifications


The structure in fi re-painted steel with epoxy paints, and support feet with rubber base, make the kilns of the
LKN series compact, light and that can be placed on any laboratory table or bench.

The heating part is made up of:

  • Resistors made with spring-shaped Khantal-type wire and mounted on ceramic glow plugs (LKN-76 and LKN-86 models)
  • Resistors in “silicon carbide ” (LKN-77 and LKN-8 models)
  • Resistors in “molybdenum disilicide” (LKN-78 / LKN-79 / LKN-88 / LKN-89 models)

In the back there is a chimney for the exit of any gases that could form during the cooking phases,
and to help in the cooling phase (natural type).

It is fixed-sole laboratory kiln

The use of this oven is intended to carry out tests with materials that do not give rise to toxic gases during
the thermal phase and that are compatible with the maximum working temperature of the oven itself.

It is a laboratory kiln built with a steel structure painted in fire at 180 C° with scratch-resistant epoxy paints.
Thermal insulation is provided in ceramic fiber and low-density refractory bricks.
The heating parts, made up of spiral-wound electric resistors, are placed on the 4 sides of the internal chamber.
Cooling is done in natural way.

the advancement of the tiles in the kiln takes place through ceramic rollers (with a diameter of 20 mm and a pitch of 38.1 mm), which are rotated by means of a pinion-chain system with programmable speed.

The towing system is developed to make it possible to disassemble the rollers in a suffi ciently fast time.

Management of the kiln via PC and SAI connection

The oven includes, in different quantities according to the various models, areas with different characteristics, namely:

  • entry and evacuation smoke zone
  • preheating area
  • baking zone
  • cooling zone
