MOD. GR/95/S SPECIAL GRADIENT KILN

About This Project

MOD. GR/95/S SPECIAL GRADIENT KILN

Maximum temperature +1320 °C.

Comprises 6 independent chambers, 150x160x110 mm each.

Minimum gradient from chamber to chamber, approx. 15 °C.; maximum approx. 60 °C.

Maximum sample size 140x140x80 mm.

60 to 180 minute cycles to reach maximum temperature.

Horizontal opening door.

Inside of chamber in refractory material with shaped walls for heating element ducts; insulated with insulation bricks and ceramic fibre.

Kanthal APM heating elements.

The firing cycle is controlled by a Personal Computer that can:

memorise an unlimited number of programmes, visualise the programmed and effective firing curves, visualise the programmed and effective temperatures for each chamber, memorise all the firing cycles with the results obtained in the various chambers, including the type of sample material, date and time of tests, etc..
