TUBULAR LABORATORY KILN TO-R


It is a laboratory kiln consisting of a tube that rotates around its own axis with an adjustable speed and inclination.
The material to be treated, in powder or granules, is placed in the upper end of the rotating tube and, depending on its rotation speed and its inclination, runs along its entire length
until it comes out from the lower end.
Therefore the cycles obtained depend on the regulation of these two parameters (inclination and rotation speed).

LABORATORY KILN LKN.LS series


It’s a series of electric kilns used in thermal processes in metallurgical, chemical, dental and ceramic laboratories.
They are designed to get the best a compromise between the heating speed and the operating life of the resistors and of thermal insulation.
The combination of preformed ceramic fibre panels, lowdensity refractory bricks and high-quality heating elements allows these furnaces
to rise to maximum temperature in about 6 hours (referred to 1300 ºC).
The cooling is natural.

THE PREROGATIVE OF THIS MODEL IS THE POSSIBILITY TO PERFORM LONG STAYING AT THE MAXIMUM SET TEMPERATURE



Technical specifications


The insulation of the internal chamber is increased especially for this version (LS), in order to limit the transmission, to the outside, of the heat due to the long duration of the staying. The
doorway is oversized.
The duration of the staying, at the maximum set temperature, is allowed up to a maximum of 5 hours. (referred to 1350 °C)

LABORATORY KILN HTN model


It is a NEW series of kiln built with different volume capacities covering two ranges of maximum operating temperature, 1600 C and 1760 C.

IT IS ALLOWED TO REMAIN AT THE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE SET, NOT EXCEEDING 15 MINUTES.



Technical specifications


The thermal insulation is built with quality ceramic fibers, currently, among the most technologically advanced, while the heating part consists of resistive elements in “molybdenum disilicide”.
The door is built with parallel opening operation with orthogonal system that allows to open and close the oven without ruining the door of the kiln itself and not have the hot part in contact with the operator.
The kiln is not equipped with a chimney.

LABORATORY KILN FFU model


It is a mobile sole laboratory kiln, that is, the lower part of the oven where the material to be fired is placed moves vertically and when
the material to be fired has been placed, by means of an appropriate mechanism, it will be raised and inserted in the lower part of the oven until it forms a whole with the kiln itself.
In the same way, at the end of the cycle it will be dropped to remove the treated material.
Being a fusing kiln, the base where is placed the crucible is made round.
On request itis also possible to realize a square section.

The quantity of mixture that can be melted each time is about 600/1000 gr. obviously depends on the crucible model used and the specific weight of the mixture.

POROSIMETER SERIES PN-Q45


It’s a FLOOR-STANDING instrument used for the determination of the apparent porosity of ceramic specimens according to UNI EN ISO 10545-3 and 10545-12 standards.
The method is based on water impregnation of vacuum ceramic test pieces so that all open pores are filled.
